FAQs

Frequently asked questions

No you can get in touch with me directly. Many clients come to me without any referral. You’re welcome to start with a free consultation to see if it feels right.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is a practical, evidence-based approach that looks at the links between thoughts, feelings and behaviours. I adapt it carefully to each person, including neurodivergent clients so it never feels rigid or one-size-fits-all.

Yes this is a particular area of experience for me. I offer neurodiversity-affirming, adapted CBT for ADHD and autistic clients, including those adjusting to a later diagnosis.

It varies from person to person. Some people find a handful of sessions helpful; others prefer longer-term support. We’ll review together regularly so it always feels right for you.

Both are available. In-person sessions are held at my clinic in Hagley, and online sessions are offered for those who prefer the flexibility or live further afield.

Simply send an enquiry through the contact form, or email me directly. I’ll get back to you to arrange your free initial consultation.
